Accountability service – This is a unique way to provide coaching to clients as their accountability credit coach.

How and when this should be used?

Not all clients are good candidates for credit improvement. In cases where a client has a goal to obtain a mortgage, and they are 18-24 months away from optimizing their credit score for approval, you can offer them an accountability  service for a fee. This is where you will call them each month assessing where they are in their budget, paying bills and a 6 months evaluation of their credit to ensure they they are paying bills on time and keep their financial position in order to be able to quality for a mortgage later.  Also you are able to keep this client and shift them over to a mortgage broker and real estate agent for additional referral fees.

What to charge?

It can be a month charge from $35 to $95 depending on your market. This service is NOT called credit repair but A Financial Accountability Coach or a Mortgage Coach. You can have a upfront charge for the coaching and this service will holding their hands from start to finish in them obtaining a mortgage.

One can make a great living just offering this service.
