Automatic deletions:
Lenders and company are paying members of the credit bureaus. Disputes can come off when challenged if that company is no-longer a paying member. It can be just that simple and many consultants are not aware of this dynamic.
Delete Tactics
Delete on Status: Check your state office and make sure that a company is registered to do commerce in that state. If they are NOT registered, you can send a letter to the credit bureau stating that this company is reporting you in an illegal manner; they are not registered to do commerce in our state or no longer in business to verify. Also check their corporation active status and use this method for deletion.
Delete due to Tax Reporting
It is illegal for a company to continue to show a current reporting date to the credit bureau if they are taken a tax write-off for that charge off. For example if they are show last update “current date is this year” and the tax write was done last year they can only a reporting date for that year prior to taking a tax write-off. You can challenge a company for this illegal reporting and in many cases the account is deleted.
