You do not have to use certified, registered or restricted delivery mail unless you have to due to court rules. Most of the time the green cards are often NOT returned and signatures are often not legible or readable or missing entirely.

We suggest Priority mail. It is FASTER, trackable online and if you purchase online postage, delivery confirmation is included free of charge. For an extra fee you can also get the signature.

The post office does NOT charge monthly fees, account setup is free and you can print the priority mail postage on regular paper, cut the label out and tape it with clear shipping tape on the flat rate envelope — it can’t get any easier.

You can even request email notification of delivery!  You clients can easily copy/paste the info into their private control panel.

FedEx, UPS and other services work just fine too as long as you get delivery confirmation.

It’s most important that you can confirm delivery, as collectors and attorneys will not hesitate to LIE and claim that a dispute was not received.
